I started out in life as a veterinary nurse and then a complementary therapist and yoga teacher whilst I brought up my children. I then took my BA in Counselling and psychotherapy at the age of 44. I guess I have always been in an occupation that was about caring and making others feel better. I am very passionate about what I do and aim to provide psychotherapy that is most beneficial for all my clients

Life is often difficult and sometimes we can feel ill-equipped to cope with what is thrown at us. But there is much hope, beauty  and resources within ourselves that can help pave the way to happier times and happier selves. We just have to learn how to navigate the way and unlock our strengths.
